WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EROS DATING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
